His work has resulted in verdicts and settlements totaling more than $20 billion and has helped shape the landscape of mass tort, product liability, pharmaceutical, commercial, and catastrophic injury litigation.
Known for his ability to transform complicated scientific, medical, and corporate evidence into compelling stories that resonate with juries, Mark has successfully challenged many of the world's largest corporations. His cases have involved defective pharmaceuticals, dangerous medical devices, asbestos and mesothelioma exposure, consumer fraud, toxic torts, and emerging claims involving social media addiction and mental health harms.
Since founding The Lanier Law Firm in 1990, Mark has earned national recognition for securing some of the largest jury verdicts in American history.
